Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Commori is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
When ordering goods from Commori for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Commori is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Commori cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Commori will accept your returned merchandise, please contact us by email before you return your item(s). You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be unused. If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise. Please be aware that we can not accept returns during sales periods.
Purchases made through the Commori online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Bancontact, iDEAL, VISA and MASTERCARD. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections via MOLLIE. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You understand and agree that Commori shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Commori will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Commori will help you to contact and deal with the shipping company but we do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are not available or sold out. Commori.com will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.
